Frequently Asked Questions
My child isn’t quite 14 years old yet, can they still be a Junior Counselor?
Unfortunately, since we have campers up to age 12 years old, we cannot make any exceptions to the age policy for Junior Counselors. 14-year-olds must be going into 9th grade at the end of the summer.
How do I request to cancel a week that I signed up for?
Cancellation requests must be submitted via our digital cancel request form at least two weeks prior to the camp week’s start date.
How does my child get credit for school volunteer hours for this program?
After your child has completed their time as a Junior Counselor, our Children’s Program Director can sign off on their school’s paperwork based on their registration history. We do not automatically provide a form confirming hours served as a Junior Counselor as schools most often require a particular form of their own that you will need to bring to us.
