Room Rentals

The Hall

Located upstairs, our largest room accommodates up to 80 people, has a kitchen, restrooms, and access to the deck overlooking the outdoor pool. Minimum 3 hour rental.

Availability:

• Fridays 7-10pm
• Saturdays between 11am-8:30pm, until 10pm available with after-hours upgrade
• Sundays between 10am-8:30pm, until 10pm available with after-hours upgrade

*Please note: The Hall is upstairs with no elevator access

Rec Room

Located on the main floor near the front desk, this is a great place for meetings, classes, and birthday parties. It accommodates up to 35 people. Minimum 2 hour rental.

Availability:

• Saturdays between 10:30am-8:30pm, until 10pm available with after-hours upgrade
• Sundays between 11:30am-8pm, until 10pm available with after-hours upgrade

Funbrella

Located outside near the playground, this large umbrella with picnic tables is terrific for an outdoor gathering. Offered seasonally, no rain contingency option – A/V equipment is not available for the Funbrella. This option is available to Samena Members only.

Availability: Fridays evenings, Saturdays & Sundays (weekday evening availability on a case-by-case basis)

• Fill out the Rental Agreement and turn it into the Front Desk with full payment.
  • Please review all policies and procedures for rentals on the 2nd page of the agreement before booking.
  • Damage deposit is due at the time of booking.
