Private Swim Lessons
Private lessons are the best way to overcome a stroke problem or move beyond a plateau. We encourage any age and ability to take advantage of one-on-one instruction.
Masters Swimming Workout
These coached workouts provide a warmup, varied sets, and a cool down. Improve your endurance, strength, and overall conditioning. Held Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5:30-6:15am.
Triathlon swim training (freestyle only). No triathlon experience necessary, but participants must be able to swim 500 yards of freestyle and be comfortable in the water.
Approach, hurdle, dive, tuck, pike, twist… just a few of the skills you will learn in this class. Learn new dives or improve the dives you know. Springboard Diving will return in the summer!
Pre-Competitive Swim Lessons
A great chance for your child to enjoy the swim team experience while improving swimming abilities.
Lil' Sammies Pre-Comp
For younger swimmers, this class focuses on stroke technique and preparing for swim team. Participants must have passes Swim Level 4 or have the equivalent skills.
