Xavier Murray, Athletic Coordinator
Xavier is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Bachelor of Health and Human Development in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University. He developed his passion for health and fitness in high school and has been active in the field ever since. Xavier works with a diverse range of clients, from teenagers to seniors, with a variety of goals, but he specializes in muscle building and weight loss programs.

Marianne Taylor, CPT
Marianne Taylor is a personal trainer and fitness instructor, with experience in exercise and athletic engineering physical therapy. She specializes in post-injury rehabilitation, and in working with clients of all ages (including seniors) who are just beginning their fitness journeys. She is skilled at reading a client’s stress level and condition and modifying programs so they’re challenging but not overwhelming. She is a certified NSCA Personal Trainer, with certificates in CrossFit Running, Spin, Boot Camp, Precision Nutrition, Heart Zone, PRI Pelvis Restoration, Diastasis Recti, and is working on one from USA Olympic Weightlifting.

Lesley Sweeney, CPT
Lesley has worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She has trained clients of all ages and backgrounds, and is always attentive to their goals and concerns. We know exercise and nutrition are key to a healthy lifestyle, but sometimes its overwhelming and hard to get started, that is why you hire a trainer, to help you take those first steps. We will motivate you, create an individual program for you designed to improve strength/mobility/balance /core and addressing any injuries or muscle imbalances.

Rachel Skeen, CPT
Rachel is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is trained in TRX Suspension Training and StrongFirst Kettlebell Instruction. Rachel has been teaching fitness since 2012 but has been involved with athletics her entire life. She played volleyball at Davidson College and Brigham Young University. Rachel opened her own gym in 2014 for personal training, youth, and small group instruction before she moved to Washington. Her primary focus is functional fitness and overall strength. She loves to help individuals recognize their abilities and help them take steps toward achievable goals that contribute to more confidence and a better quality of life. When she is not training, Rachel is busy with her 4 young children or finding adventures outdoors.
