The Board of Trustees has proposed some changes to the Club’s Bylaws, which require ratification by our Members. We appreciate the feedback we received through our Town Hall meetings, online, and via the suggestion box. These changes bring us up to date with current Washington State standards and are designed to enhance our operations and ensure we continue to provide the best possible experience for all members.
Please return your ballot to the Front Desk or bring it with you to our Special Membership Meeting, 5:00 pm on Tuesday, March 19. If you wish, you may use the “Optional Proxy Form” to designate a proxy to vote on your behalf instead.

The meetings will be held in the upstairs Hall on:
– Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 11:00 am-12:00 pm
– Thursday, January 25, 2024, from 7:00-8:00 pm
