Inclusive Fitness Membership Option

Samena offers an optional upgrade to your membership so you can take unlimited fitness classes!

The Inclusive Fitness Membership upgrade allows members to experience the benefits of increased health and vitality by participating in regular health and wellness programs. With unlimited access to dozens of Group Exercise classes for all fitness levels, the Inclusive Fitness Membership can help you decrease stress, prevent illness, maintain a healthy weight, while in a social environment among family, friends, and other members.

Registration

You can register for a monthly session or do a daily drop-in! Please note, we recommend signing up for sessions of TRX or Group Cycle as they have limited equipment. 

Classes

Morning Yoga: Wednesday & Friday, 9:30-11:00am thru June 23, 10:00-11:30am starting June 28

Yoga enhances both your mental and physical quality of life and increases stamina, strength, and flexibility. Classes include poses (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), flow of poses (vinyasa), and brief meditation. Instructor Perlas Sapida is Yoga Alliance certified. All levels welcome, no previous experience required.

Simply Yoga: Sunday, 9:30-10:30am

Experience Yoga for the first time in this intro class, refresh your skills, or simply enjoy a base level class. Both men and women can take this “time out” to experience stress relief, more serenity, and peace of mind. These aspects combined with increased flexibility and body strength are some of the wonderful benefits of trying yoga. No experience or flexibility needed. Equipment provided.

Evening Yoga: Monday, 6:30-7:45pm

      Thursday, 6:15-7:30pm

Meditate, stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. You will be guided through postures and practices that will bring self-awareness, tailored to your specific needs. Instructor Barbara Stevenson is Yoga Alliance certified. No previous experience or flexibility required. Equipment provided.

Tai Chi Rejuvenation: Saturday, 8:30-9:30am

Tai Chi promotes a well balanced body and mind while gently increasing the body’s range of motion. The meditative movements improve relaxation, stress reduction, posture, circulation, and more. The instructor practices a calming, patient demeanor which allows her to adapt to the needs of men and women of all ages and levels.

Pilates Primer: Wednesday, 7:00-8:00pm

Experience a sequence of flowing calisthenic movements performed slowly and with control for a full body workout! Pilates is a unique system of exercise that is designed to lengthen your body, improve you posture, and strengthen your back and abdominals. Regular practice can build long, lean muscles, while expanding body awareness and correcting imbalances.

Absolutely Core: Tuesday & Thursday, 9:30-10:00am thru June 22, 9:15-10:00am starting June 27

This 30 minute burst of abs and core will get you riled up and ready for your day. Your core may be sore for a bit, but you will be surprised how much a strong mid-section helps in all facets of your daily activity. All levels welcome.

CardioBox: Tuesday, 6:45-7:45pm

Try a new way to exercise and burn off some steam from a stressful day. This boxing cardio class features the basic fundamentals of boxing incorporated with a kick your butt workout. Build strength, stamina, and confidence in this fun class! All ability and fitness levels welcome.

Metabolic Body Burn: Monday & Wednesday, 7:00-8:00pm

Want to have more energy, feel invigorated, and get a satisfying night’s sleep? This fun and challenging class will take you through a variety of combination core, cardio and strength exercises that promote endurance and agility. Cool down with flexibility exercises. All levels encouraged to participate.

Muscles in Minutes: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, 7:00-7:45am

No time to work out? Incorporating weights into your routine speeds up your results! Ideal for those interested in learning more about weight training or looking for a short and effective class, this class focuses on agility, balance core stabilization, and strength.

Group Cycle: Tuesday & Thursday, 5:45-6:45am (Sept-June)

    Saturday, 7:15-8:15am 

Experience a great physical and mental workout whether you’re training for a race or trying a new exercise. All levels welcome, you control the intensity on the stationary bikes.

TRX 'X'clusive:  Monday, 9:15-10:00am thru June 19, 9:10-9:55am starting June 26

Wednesday, 9:15-10:00am thru June 21, 9:10-9:55am starting June 28

Workout with the TRX, an exclusive training tool using total body resistance! Effective for all fitness levels, the TRX suspended training system delivers a super efficient, all body workout that is fun, dynamic, and leverages body weight and gravity. Improve strength, balance, flexibility, and core in a unique new way. Space is limited. Pre-registration for sessions recommended.

  Get Moving: Thursday, 9:15-10:15am 

Get up, get moving, and join us for a weekly brisk walk outside! Feel the fresh air while enjoying an invigorating way to improve your health and fitness. Group activities in a social setting such as this are a great way to achieve your exercise goals.

Training for Teens: Wednesday, 4:00-5:00pm thru June 21, 4:15-5:15pm starting June 28 

Good health and fitness habits should begin early. Middle and high school ages can get in shape, or prepare for the next season of athletics. This fun and motivating class incorporates strength, conditioning, and cardio, core. A non-competitive atmosphere is designed for all fitness levels; participants will be challenged to their own abilities.

Youth Yoga: Wednesday, 5:45-6:45pm

Kids will discover what they are capable of in this fun and empowering class! Designed to engage boys and girls of all fitness levels, this class will use yoga to develop strength, flexibility, concentration, and body awareness. Besides enjoying themselves, kids will gain invaluable lifetime knowledge on how to have a healthier body, feel calmer and more focused, and have a greater sense of self.

Ageless Fitness: Monday & Thursday, 8:00-9:00am

Exercising as we age allows us to be young at heart and continue activities we love. We’ll work on balance, mobility, flexibility, core and muscle strength, and more. Discover what you can accomplish! All levels welcome.

Ageless Water Aerobics: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, 7:45-8:30am

Combine a fun social environment with a healthy water workout! Raise your heart rate with a low impact, shallow water workout designed to improve flexibility and reduce joint pressure. Build muscle and cardio strength while moving at your own pace.

Combined Water Aerobics: Tuesday & Thursday, 7:00-7:45pm

Integrates a variety of water aerobic techniques and equipment to maximize your cardiovascular workout, build endurance, and increase flexibility. You can vary the intensity level in this low impact class that is designed for both beginners and veterans.

Deep Water Exercise: Tuesday & Thursday, 9:15-10:15am (Sept-June)

Continual body movement at zero gravity! Strengthen and condition your body using a combination of water workout tools such as flotation belts, webbed gloves, and underwater weights. This combination of interval and endurance training targets your legs, arms, and abdominal muscles, incorporating stretching, cardiovascular, and resistance training. Equipment provided. Intro to Deep Water Exercise is a prerequisite (please see brochure).
