Fitness

Samena provides a full spectrum of fitness programs and activities for children, teens, young adults and seniors. Classes are offered on a regular basis as well as Personal Training and Small Group Training to fit your individual needs. Samena offers Yoga, Mat Pilates, Conditioning programs, Core Conditioning, Tai-Chi, Teen Strength Training programs, Cycling, Water Aerobics, Triathlon training and much more.

Our 2,000 square foot fitness room offers a host of fitness equipment that includes cardiovascular equipment like treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, and recumbent bikes, as well as strength training equipment such as weight machines, free weights, upper body ergometers, and bosu balls.

Fitness Ages

The Fitness Center and Fitness Classes are available for use by Teens & Tweens!

  • Ages 12 - 13 may attend a class or use the Fitness Center with the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. (Youth Fitness classes may be attended without parent supervision)
  • Ages 14 and up can participate without a parent present.
  • Class participants under 18 years are subject to Instructor discretion.

For their safety, children under 18 years are strongly urged to schedule a Complimentary Fitness Consultation with a Samena Personal Trainer before using the Fitness Center.

Inclusive Fitness Membership Option

Samena is now offering an optional upgrade to your membership so you can take unlimited fitness classes!

The Inclusive Fitness Membership allows members to reap the benefits of increased health and vitality by participating in regular health and wellness programs. With unlimited access to dozens of Group Exercise classes for all fitness levels, the Inclusive Fitness Membership can decrease stress, prevent illness, maintain a healthy weight, all while you enjoy quality time with your family, friends, and other members.
